10 years of Lindy Hop in Groningen
Ten years ago, a rhythm began. On February 14th 2026, we celebrated a decade of Sugarspin with good friends, fun workshops and a riveting party.

Natalia
A Swing and Jazz dance instructor for nearly two decades, Natalia has shared her love of these art forms across continents. Known for her lively and technically precise teaching approach, she infuses her dance classes with infectious energy. With roots in Colombian folk and partner dances, Natalia’s dancing flourished during her teenage years in Canada through intensive training in Ballet and, naturally, the Jazz and Swing dances.
John
John started dancing Lindy Hop in 2017 after a colleague of him convinced him to try it out. Two weeks after his first dancing class, he attended one of the biggest events in the country, SwingDom in Utrecht. John never stopped dancing since then. He frequently participates in international events. Besides teaching Lindy Hop John is also an amazing Solo Jazz and Balboa dancer!
